Community Day at a University!

This was a fun day with many parents bringing their toddlers and teens on Communtiy Day at a University! I didn't have a chance to take photos of everyone, but some of the photos are taken with the person standing opposite of how I sketched them in these photos above. This happens because I switch couples or triplets into the chair closest to me, so I can see them better, when creating a cartoon likeness. When finished I take the pic right away and move on to my next victim, so I can move the line quickly.
'sigh' - Now it's time to relax after a very busy week!

Good ole Jeff!

At my last digital event, I met with the manager, and to my surprise, he was Jeff! Jeff and I go way back in the good ole days, when he was managing a hotel and he hired (and paid) me to be a spotlight dancer at the night club's grand opening!
Now this style of dancing was "Solid Gold" style, with crazy, far-out outfits, teased hair, character shoes and sunglasses! No stripping at all...well, maybe just my sunglasses. :D
So much fun and BOY, did I love to dance!!! Still do!
Anyway, Jeff is a Great trustworthy friend and I just had to design a cartoon for him to say thanks!
A little bird told me he likes anything with Japanese Flare! :)

Woo Hoo! A friend at work brought in a newspaper clipping (from Friday's Republican Herald paper) showing me drawing at my live digital event for the Schuylkill Chamber of Commerce last week! I went on-line to the Republican Herald and found these 2 photos! :D

John and Jill - Friends/Artists in Philly!

I designed my friends John and Jill into a group cartoon design and FINALLY found time and REMEMBERED to separate them into their own little cartoon to frame. John...click on the cartoon to make it bigger to save. This should fit into a 5x7 frame, if you choose to hang it! :) Can't wait to get together with you guys again!
